The view was lovely, and the location close to the beach made morning walks magical. The staff was quick to resolve issues, showcasing their commitment.

the bathroom amenities were unhygienic, with used hand wash and body wash. oh, and the rude staff, especially downstairs at the cafe, really added a nice touch, didn't they? i expected some kind of welcome gift or upgrade for all these inconveniences, but i guess i wasn’t special enough. such a shame, i almost gave a good review, just couldn’t.

Despite the stunning scenery, the cleanliness of the rooms fell short, with some bathrooms showing signs of neglect, including issues like slow drainage and unpleasant odors. The staff was friendly, but the check-in process felt disorganized, causing some delays during arrival.

We enjoyed the vibrant pool area, and my kids had a blast participating in various activities. The staff was super accommodating, especially in resolving our minor issues. the hotel’s freshly painted rooms added a nice touch to our stay.

had a fab stay! the staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful, especially ayoub and mustafa who helped us book some cool activities like camel rides. the location is spot on, really close to the beach and lots of cafes. we enjoyed chilling by the pool every day, and breakfast was decent even tho it was the same thing every day. the room was clean and comfy.
